This tournament will feature individual custom rings for 1st and 2nd place. This tournament is unsanctioned, USSSA rules will apply but this tournament is not affiliated with USSSA or any other sanction in any way. There is no entry form so just email, facebook message, or call/text 618-838-6334 with your team info to reserve a spot. Mail and make out payment to Shawn Sanders, 816 E. Cherry St., Olney, IL 62450. Payments received 1 month prior will hold your spot. Please provide a roster and copy of team insurance at check-in. Format will be 2 pool play and double elimination with a consolation game if needed. All divisions are 5gg, 8U is $260, 10U/12U/14U are $385. All games in 10U/12U/14U will be 70 min or 6 inn max. 'If necessary' Championship games will be 3 inn. Any inning started will get finished unless the home team is winning. Pool games can end in a tie. *****8U - There will be 2 umps for all bracket games, 65 min limit or 6 inn max, 5 runs max in first 4 inn, 10 runs max in 5th and 6th. Leadoff after pitch crosses home plate. Play stops when ball breaks the plane of the circle or by stopping the lead runner.
