The site for the tournament will be at Madison Meadow Park in Lombard, one more east of Route 53. If the tournament is completely rained out, a $100 handling fee will be charged. All teams must provide proof of insurance and birth certificate for proof of age, upon request. No player may be rostered on more than one team or switch from one team to another during the tournament.
