Indiana NSA Rec All-Stars - 2nd Annual Great Lakes Battle
This event is for Rec All-Stars only!!! It will consist of a 4 game format, 2 pool play games seeded into a double elimination bracket. Awards will be presented to the top 2 teams (Organization plaque and individual awards) in each age group. The top 2 teams in each age group will also be awarded a World Series Berth. Berths can only be activated after you play in your State Tournament. You may enter the World Series and State Tournament at any time, including before you earn the berth.
All teams must register via the website and all players must be added to the roster no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament.
All Entry Fees can be made now or no later that 2 weeks before the tournament start date. Entry Fees can be paid online or by check. See Payment tab for making a payment or payment details. If paying by check, please make checks payable to Indiana NSA Fastpitch and mail to 124 Parkview Ave. Lowell, IN 46356.
Each team will be responsible for paying a team gate fee at the tournament site, prior to their first game. The team gate fee for this event is $150, check or cash. Team gate fees allow all spectators to enter the facility at no additional cost. Teams need to upload their team insurance onto their dashboard. If you do not upload the insurance certificate, you must bring a copy to the tournament site to turn in.
All teams that have the NSA West Point Insurance will receive a $25 discount off of your gate fee, or taking the discount off your entry fee if sending a check.
Check each facilities website to ensure all rules are being followed.
The 8u division will be player pitch and will be following the 8u modified rules in the NSA rule book
If you have a player on your team that also plays travel ball, that is allowed, so long as they have played in your recreational league all summer as well.
Pitching rules: All pitchers may pitch 3 innings per game, however they cannot pitch more than 2 consecutive innings. No "B" level or above travel ball pitchers will be allowed.
