- About I have 15 years coaching experience. I have been in the 16 and 18u for the last 4 years. The last 3 years, my teams have finished their season recruited and ready to move to the next level of playing. I have a complete non parent coaching staff. My assistant coach is a non parent that also has coaching experience in the upper age groups with great success with helping girls getting recruited at the next level. I will also have current college players returning to help with the team.
