Bandits Mission
To strengthen the physical and mental skills of our female athletes through competitive travel softball while teaching leadership, sportsmanship and core fundamental life lessons to empower future success.
Bandits Vision
Our vision is to compete at a high level while continuing to teach and advocate the fundamentals of softball. The Northern Kentucky Bandits are growing and becoming one of the leading college preparatory softball organizations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. We foster the growth of our young lady athletes to maximize softball talents, to excel in the classroom, and to become successful societal members through life lessons obtained while playing our great sport. Winning will not always be the top priority, but while learning to compete, our athletes will engage in a winning spirit. We practice and play to achieve goals and grow as individuals, teams and a distinguished organization. Our battle cry is "Go All Out!" and that is what we'll do on the field and continue into our lives and careers beyond softball.
