FORMAT - 4 pool/single Pool Games are ONE HOUR 15 minutes DROP DEAD (if ball is in play then finish the play) we do not revert back to the inning before (8U sat only format is 1 pool/double pool games will be 50 minutes drop dead). Bracket play game times will be no new inning after 1 hour 10 minutes (8U gametime limits are 50 minutes- If there is an "IF" game it is one inning- using same lineup- last batter on lineup goes to 2nd and first batter on lineup sheet is the first batter) Teams supply softballs (must be USA approved) will have some at the tourney- $8 each or $65 a dozen DEADLINE TO DROP IS SUNDAY before the tournament dateï Teams dropping after SUNDAY prior to the tournament date will be chaged $100 late drop fee. ANY TEAM DROPPING AFTER POOL GAMES HAVE BEEN POSTED WILL BE CHARGED $200 and wrill also be required to pay their next tournament in advance before registration will be approved. - This will be strictly enforced (this includes 8U teams) Special Requests will be considered but not guaranteed (requests MUST be noted in your online registration--please do not text me your request) You must enter your cell number on the tournament page for this tournament- this is how updates will be go out Game times are posted online at www.tournamentusasoftball.com around 5pm Thursday prior to the tournament
