Online payment is also available. In the event the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, the following refund schedule will apply: • If your team has played: No games: FULL REFUND on entry fee. One game complete: 2/3 REFUND on entry fee. Two games complete: 1/3 REFUND on entry fee. Three games complete: no REFUND. In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter and adjust pool play games as necessary to ensure that bracket play commences in a timely manner. This may involve actions such as declaring games as bye rounds or removing certain games to maintain fairness in the pool play structure. The priority is to adapt the schedule efficiently while upholding the integrity of the tournament format. Roster changes must be submitted 24 hours prior to the start of the first game. Coaches must confirm rosters at the start of the tournament. Substitute/borrowed players who are not designated as travel players and have been submitted to the Greenwood Lassie League at least 2 hours before the game for verification they are eligible to participate. However, these substitute players are restricted from playing as the pitcher or catcher and must bat at the bottom of the lineup. In the case of played-up (age group) substitute players, they are required to play in the outfield and bat at the bottom of the lineup.
