    At tryouts, athletes will be evaluated on effort, attitude, coachability, and overall softball skills. Our team motto is AIG — All I Got, and we want to see players who are willing to work hard, compete, and give their best.

    Tryouts will include warm-ups, throwing progression, defensive skills, hitting, pitching/catching evaluations, speed, baserunning, softball IQ, and coachability.

    The Dande-Lions 16U program focuses on individualized training, private lessons, community involvement, exposure opportunities, and academic accountability. We are looking for athletes ready to grow, compete, and give AIG — All I Got on and off the field.
  • Description The Dande-Lions 16U softball team is looking for dedicated athletes who are ready to compete, grow, and give AIG — All I Got every time they step on the field.
