Prime Athletic Club is an 11,000-square-foot high-performance training facility located in the heart of Forest Park, Illinois — just 10 miles west of downtown Chicago. Built for serious athlete development, our sleek, all-black interior creates a focused, professional environment designed to elevate performance.
The facility features a full convertible turf infield, multiple premium hitting cages, a dedicated pitching tunnel, plyo and throw stations, and a fully integrated strength, conditioning, and arm care area. Every square foot was intentionally designed to replicate a next-level training atmosphere.
At Prime, athletes don’t just practice — they develop. From hitting and pitching to fielding, catching, throwing, strength training, speed development, and mental performance, every component of the game is trained with structure, accountability, and measurable progression.
